Reede Consulting is currently in need of a Human Resource Manager to take charge of all its HR functions inorder to drive forward improvement and change

Job Title:Human Resource Manager

Job Location: Laagos

Requirement/Qualification for the Position


  • Minimum of BSc./HND with 3-4 years work experience preferably in Human Resource
  • Good knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
  • Ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
  • Excellent communicator capable of building collaborative relationships both internally and externally
  • Develop a HR Management system for accurate employee data, and ensure all policies are in line with current legislations
  • Must have good listening skills, interviewing skills and provide basic counselling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
