Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Responsibilities
- Review of Quarterly accounting Statements, Quarterly Business Plan , Monthly Profit & Loss Account and Monthly Cash Budgets
- Ensure the deadlines for completing various reports are being met
- Provide support to Unit Accountants and ensure smooth relationship with Unit CEO’s
- Ensure the appropriate KRA’s and KPI’s are being set for Accounts, Finance and Tax department and proper monitoring system is in place
- Mentoring & Coaching of staff in the department
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of outsourced Internal Audit function
- To help Group CFO in developing strategy for the department and achieving targets set
- Ensure Compliance with the Lenders requirements
- Operational and External Risk Management
- Ensuring timely refund of excess charges by the Banks
- Formalizing control matrix and periodical review of control matrix
- Co-ordinate with Group CFO on Manpower requirement
Qualification
- A Chartered Accountant/ ACCA with at least 15 years of experience ( at least 7 years of heading Finance Function of reasonable size manufacturing Unit).
- Experience of handling multiple units
- Experience of managing the accounting functions of manufacturing units.
- Should have experience of handling implementation of ERP
- Maturity and leadership skills are prerequisite for the position

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power point

Job Title: Treasury Manager
Responsibilities
- Day to day Cash Management
- Working Capital Management- Estimating working capital requirements/ cash flow forecasting and planning/ arranging sufficient working capital limits
- Financial Risk Management – Currency & Interest Rate Risk
- Maintaining existing banking relationships and developing new relationships
- Co-coordinating with Group treasury to arrange long term financing
- Keeping Treasury MIS up to date
- Day to day follow up with the banks on banking transactions
- Managing balance between Foreign exchange risk and interest costs

Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager
Description
- Timely preparation of Monthly management accounts.
- We have audit committee and the management accounts are presented to the committee on quarterly basis (we are planning to switch to monthly presentation).
- Timely preparation of monthly Budgets and variance analysis
- Cost analysis and reconciliation of Cost accounts with Financial Accounts
- Timely preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly MIS.
- Co-ordination with Finance team in HO to ensure that proper financial resources are made available to the unit.
- Commercial support to Unit CEO
- Analysis of Financial Information and highlight the unusual variations/ trends
- Co-ordinate with the Internal Auditors and ensure that the audit compliance reports are submitted in timely manner
- Support Accounts Head in decision making
- Keep a close eye on credit control function
- Support the consultants and internal teams in system development and implementation
Qualification
- A Chartered Accountant with at least 7-10 years of experience ( at least 3 years o heading Accounts team of reasonable size manufacturing Unit).
- Manufacturing experience is compulsory.
- Steel manufacturing experience will be an added advantage
- Maturity and leadership skills are prerequisite for the position
- Should have hands on experience
