SENIOR AUDIT 1
JOB SUMMARY
- Preparation of final account from source document.
- Determination of audit strategy and documentation.
- Supervision of audit intermediate and juniors especially in field work.
- Taxation
- Any delegated job by Partners.
- Participate in financial and management consulting assignments
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCE
- Analytical and numeric skills.
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Proficiency in the use of MS office tools and accounting softwares such as peachtree, quickbooks etc
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Good team player.
QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Accounting, numerate studies or any Social Sciences from a reputable institution.
- Associate member of ICAN
- Minimum of 3 years experience (similar position) in a chartered accounting firm.
OR
- Final stage of professional exams (ICAN) but with not less than 5 years in a chartered Accounting firm.
- Not more than 40years of age.
SENIOR AUDIT 2
JOB SUMMARY
- Collection/collation of data/source document from client’s site.
- Preparation of trial balance
- Preparation of final account.
- Taxation
- Works under the supervision of Audit Senior.
- Supervision of clients site activities.
- Participate in financial and management consulting assignments
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCE
- Analytical and numeric skills.
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Proficiency in the use of MS office tools especially MS excel
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Good team player.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Accounting, numerate studies or any Social Sciences from a reputable institution.
- Student membership of ICAN
- Not less than 3 years post graduation experience preferably in a chartered Accounting firm.
- Not more than 35years of age.
OR
- ATS/Diploma in Accounting with not less than 5 years experience in a chartered accounting firm
Secretary/ Operations Executive
JOB SUMMARY
- Reports to the Managing Partner.
- Documents and retrieves all correspondence as and when due.
- Keep and disburse petty cash
- Responsible for bulk purchases of office consumables.
- Supervises the maintenance of all office facility and equipment.
- Ensures prompt delivery of client services.
- Maintains front office and receives all clients and official visitors on behalf the firm.
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCE
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Proficiency in the use of MS office tools
- Typing speed of 100wd per Min.
- Good team player.
- Cheerful disposition.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- A degree or its equivalent in Secretarial studies, Social Sciences or any relevant humanities.
- ICSA or any relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Not less than 2 years post graduation experience in a similar position.
- Not more than 30years of age.
