A MAJOR TELECOM EQUIPMENT VENDOR REQUIRES INTELLIGENT FEMALE SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF TO BE EMBEDDED IN THEIR SALES OUTLET ALL OVER LAGOS.

Scope of Work
1. Consistent monitoring /assessment of Huawei point of sale across designated cluster.
2. Identifying, recommending and supporting the implementation of various programmes for the improvement of retail in outlet.
3. Achieve retail sales target.
4. Build up and maintain close relationship with client as well as channel owner.
5. Assist in after sales service.
6. Ensure consistent feedback for the field in collated and feedback into Huawei system, timely
7. Develop new lead targeting scheme with a view to improving presence at retail.
Skills and Specifications:
1. Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
2. Ability to attract the customer to buy HUAWEI devices
3. Solid communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
4. Ability to express ideas and introduce HUAWEI devices in clear and concise manner
5. Solid problem-solving skills and excellent Management skills
6. Ability to think tactically and identify significant success factors
7. Good decision-making, IT, and communication skills

Education and Qualifications:


  1. Professional knowledge in administration, management ,marketing or any related field from an accredited institution
  2. Certified & Highly Knowledgeable in business design, strategy and improvement
  3. Experience in marketing or sales
  4. Basic knowledge in Telecoms & IT
  5. Female and attractive image
