Personal Assistant

The Ideal person will:


§ Beorganized and efficient with an eye for detail;
§ Be able to multi-taskeffectively;
§ Have good time managementskills;
§ Have excellentcommunication and presentation skills;
§ Have excellentcalendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executivemeetings;
§ Have experienceassisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations;
§ Have strongknowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
§ Have experiencein scheduling travel arrangements for management and international associatesor clients.

Overall, articulacy(reading and writing), initiative, and organizational and time-managementskills are critical requirements.
Must have Qualifications:

§ Degree in English Language/Secretarial Studies/ Management/ or any business related discipline
§ At least 2 years working experienceas an administrative assistant/ Secretary or Personal Assistant to a Senior executive
