REQUIREMENTS
· To manage, oversee, supervise and appraise, in accordance with company policy, an identified group of administrative employees and to supplement those persons with temporary or replacement staff as necessary.
· To delegate work and workload planning to administrative employees.
· To contribute to the recruitment and selection process for Administrative employees
· To keep personnel records up to date; both paper and electronic.
· To devise and conduct local induction programs for all new administrative employees.
· To propose changes to administrative policies and procedures when appropriate.
· To act as Document controller for all company policies and procedure documents.
· To supervise the implementation of new office systems.
· To act as group Archivist to oversee archiving of documents as per the processes and procedures laid down in the company Archiving policy.
· To have responsibility for delegated budgets
· To ensure the smooth operation of all administrative systems for central Services and that the various managers and operating departments receive satisfactory services in this respect.
· To provide administrative support including dealing with mail, general office administration, hospitality and dealing with complex queries either by email or in person.
· To hold regular staff meetings

Recruitment Duties
· To send invitations to interview on request.
· To update people at set points in the recruitment process on request
· To send request for references for those shortlisted for interview on request.
· To generate starter paperwork, contracts and offer letters as required.
· To delegate appropriately creating effective relationships with the recruitment Admin Assistant to ensure deadlines are met and workloads complete.
