Our company is a regional distributor for the world’s leading manufacturers of sanitary ware and bathroom fittings and accessories. We excel in the provision of total bathroom solutions, creating unique and innovative bathroom themes for both the domestic and commercial markets. We are recruiting for the following positions:
SALES EXECUTIVES:
Responsibilities

· Network and partner with building construction companies and other proposed clients to create sales opportunities
· Negotiate contracts for purchases and manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective customer/supplier relations
· Identify and penetrate new profitable markets
· Develop and maintain relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
· Formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and provide after sales support
· Identify and approach potential clients, convert enquiries from potential clients to sales
· Manage or escalate as appropriate customer complaints
· Achieve assigned annual marketing target
· Develop and cascade sales and marketing activities to ensure awareness of the company among target customer groups
· Anchor periodic market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products, marketing goals, strategy and target
· Manage the service delivery process and ensure service quality execution
· Maintain comprehensive database information an all existing relationships and prospects in liaison with information systems, front desk and financial control functions
· Comply with performance objectives and targets provided
· Maintain existing customer relationships and establish new one

Qualification and competencies
· Fresh Graduates with a minimum of a B.Sc or an HND in Marketing or any social science qualification
· Must possess excellent communication skills
· Must have organization, planning and problem-solving skills
· Must possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and powerpoint is crucial
· Business development and product knowledge
· Must possess high level networking skills and attentive to details
· Excellent customer relationship management skills
· Must possess time management and prioritization skills with business and entrepreneurial spirit


DELIVERY OFFICER
Responsibilities:
· Ensuring the accuracy and safety of stocks
· Supervise transfer of products from warehouse / store to showroom for pick up by clients
· Responsible for checking supply invoices against purchase orders
· Ensure all items have been paid for OR obtain authorization of a credit sale in writing before delivery
· Careful and proper stocking of goods / products in storage
· Prompt delivery to clients of products ordered
· Inspection and checking of all deliveries
· Provide accurate information on the status of clients’ deliveries
· All incoming goods must be checked against the purchase order
· Any other duty as assigned by COO

Qualification Skills/Competencies Required
· A minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Purchasing & Supply or any related discipline.
· The candidate must possess between 1-2 years practical work experience in logistics & delivery
· Must possess presentation skills
· Must have an eye for detail
· Knowledge of office computer and accounting packages applications i.e. Microsoft Office tools, SAGE etc
· Must possess knowledge of technical accounting issues
· Must possess negotiation, facilitation and reconciliation skills
· Must possess excellent, written and oral communication skills
· Must be able to work under pressure
· Accounting and spreadsheet software applications knowledge
