A reputable business group with business interest in real estate, business newspaper and information communication technology solutions with offices in Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abuja requires the services of young, energetic and goal oriented graduates to fill in the following vacancies
1. Land Surveyor (Port Harcourt)

Responsibilities
• Prepare legal descriptions and maps for subdividing property
• Provide sound technical and operational support and guidance
• Ensure that the all land surveying work (handled by the company) comply with the technical and accuracy standards.
• Provide regular performance update of the project to the client.
• Perform boundary line adjustments
• Replace lost or obliterated property corners
• Set boundary markers or property corners, also known as monuments
• Retrace boundaries for fences and other purposes
• Locate, relocate, establish, re-establish, or retrace any property line or boundary of any
• Parcel of land, right-of-way, easement, or alignment of those lines or boundaries
• Prepare legal descriptions and information shown with the description of any deed or other title document
• Prepare maps or plats for plot plans

Requisite Qualification
• Must not be older than 29yrs
• Must have a minimum of OND/HND or equivalent in Land Survey
• Must have at least 2yrs cognate experience
• Must be resident in Port Harcourt

2. Journalist (Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abuja)Responsibilities
• assisting the editor in deciding what line of stories will be covered
• determining where each article will be placed in sections of the newspaper
• assisting in photo selection for each article
• performs administrative function
• performs other functions as may be related to his/her line of duties

Requisite Qualification
• Must not be older than 30yrs
• Must have a minimum of HND/BSC or equivalent in Mass Comm., English Language or related fields of study. (Professional affiliation is an added advantage)
• Must be resident in Port Harcourt

3. Freelance Writers/contributors (From any location)
Responsibilities
• Writing of articulated articles on business related topics with a focus on motivation the readers to venture into businesses of their own
Remuneration
• Payment will be made per article published.
