Due to restructuring and expansion, our micro finance institution is urgently in need of high profile individuals to occupy the following position in the following Area and Location: Mowe, Ibafo, Ikeja, Agege, Mile 12, Yaba/Oyingbo, Sango Ota, Ojodu/Ogba/Berger, Mile 2, Lagos/Oke Arin/Obalende, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Ado - Ekiti, Akure, Osogbo

1. Head, Operation and Finance (Code: HOP)
Major Duties
i. Oversees the whole banking Operation
ii. Prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow Statement and other accounting documents.
iii Set up a working micro finance operation
Qualification and Experience
HND/Bsc in related discipline
Age is 30yrs maximum
At least 3 years banking operation experience
Must be able to work under pressure
Salary 600,000.00 per annum

2. Audit Trainee (code ADT)
Major Duty
Carryout audit assignment
Qualification and experience
HND/Bsc in related fields
Age is 28 maximum
must be able to work under pressure
2 years banking experience is preferable
Salary 300,000.00 per annum

3. Service center Manager (Code SCM)
Major duties
Oversees the whole management of customer service center
at least 2 years marketing and credit experience in a reputable microfinance institution
Maximum age is 30years
must be a goal getter
must be able to work under pressure
must be residing within the location and has the location marketing experience
salary is 420,000.00 per annum

4. Credit and Risk Officers (Code CRO)
Market micro finance product and services
Minimum of ND in any discipline
age is 28 years maximum
Microfinance product marketing will be an added advantage
must be able to work under pressure
Salary is 300,000.00 PA

5. Operations and Finance Officers (code OFO)
carryout banking operation in customer service centre
minimum of ND in any discipline
microfinance operations will be added advantage
Salary is 180,000.00 per annum
