(1)ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Collection of Daily Sales from Cashier.
Analysis of Daily Transactions.
Daily Cash Disbursements with receipt send to the Account Supervisor for documentation.
Supervision of all Maintenance Works to be done in the Company.
Reconciliation of Daily Cash Sales with Cashier.
Supervision of all Stock Movement from the Store.
Reporting to the Account Supervisor
Receiving of Requisitions from various Department, Issuing of Purchase Order,
Collation of Goods Received Note, Delivery Note, and issue Payment Voucher to Suppliers for Goods Supply.
To do any other work as may be assigned.

(2)CASHIERS
Collection of Daily Sales from Customer.
Remitting all collections to Account Assistant Daily without delay.
Reconciliation of all Cash Remitted with the Account Assistant.
Preparation of Daily Sales Schedule / Analysis.
Report to the Account Assistant.
Prepare management report of their unit like Fast Food unit, Africana Unit, Chinese Unit etc
To do any other work as may be assigned.
She /he are in charge of register. This would include cash and credit transactions. tipping out wait staff, and balancing the register at the end of the shift
The cashier may assist the wait staff various tasks. Must be competent with computerized register system and have good cash handling skills.
Must have experience in retail sales, and be professional, polite and reliable.

(3)STORE KEEPER
Prepare Goods Received Note and give to the suppliers and send one to the account department.
Maintain stock, supplies and inventories.
Oversees the receipt, storage and disbursement of supplies and materials.
Stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
Dispenses item and posts amount of item to inventory control card or automated system.
Participates in regular physical inventories by counting stock with an account officer.
Inspects items as to quality and quantity to what is required by the company.
Reconcile the purchase order, Requisition note with the goods received.
Prepare stock ledger, stock movement note etc
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes.
Distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and Check discrepancies on orders received.
maintain records of all deliveries, Receipt and dispatch of goods.
Returned damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
Maintains the store, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner. Constantly keep the store in am ordering manner clean and maintain safety and security.
Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries of goods

(4)STORE ASSISTANT
Deputise for storekeeper during periods of absence for leave or illness
Cover for storekeeper when he is otherwise engaged in supplier queries or meetings etc
Carry out stores deliveries as requested
Carry out office checks as and when necessary
Manage stationery stock and prepare orders where necessary.

Ensure of the toilets, eatery and all the surroundings are neat
Moping of office and cleaning of the outside the premises.
Clear the drainage daily and apply deodorant.

(6)ADMIN OFFICER
To record all the stationary and material for office use,
To issue receipt for hiring of the Hall,
Finalize every booking arrangement of the hall.
Distribute the office stationary to every dept.
To act as the company massager by posting mails
Collate data for the recruitment of new staff, training of new and old staff.
To receive and issue the company letters and correspondence.
In custody of company materials, stationeries etc

Ensure records i.e. paper and computer is up to date and accurate.
Prepare target sheets for all departments.
Prepare meeting agendas, collate and issue of duties roaster and leave to deserving staff.
Undertake receptionist duties.

Ensures that Plan assets have adequate insurance cover.
Assist with recruitments from receiving applications to conducting interviews and making interview schedules & reports
Assist in the preparation of administrative reports; draft routine correspondence; arrange for briefings and debriefings and take notes at meetings;
Draft routine correspondence and initiate process for the preparation of all staff support documentation (visas, identification cards, bank accounts, etc)
Check and maintain personnel files for all staff at location, ensuring all documentation is complete
maintain and update confidential personnel information and documents, and ensure relevant documents are kept in their respective files;
All ticket bookings, flights as well outbound flights to various destinations by any staff or visitors
Keep the Assets file updated with all necessary documents (vouchers, technical manuals, repair documents);
Check repairs of organizational assets including vehicles and provide a monthly report on all assets; Ensures proper functioning of the power systems of office and team houses, including generator and inverter, and supervises repairs when necessary.

Maintain a schedule of safety and quality control training for the company i.e. Training Matrix
Ensure safety and quality control standards are maintained.
Ensure the HSE of the company is not sidelined.
Ensure the food serve meet the company HSE policy.
Ensure that the company premises are clear at all time.

Arrange for disposal of refuse generated by the company.
To send a requisition for disposal of refuse, payment of environmental fees and any other payment.
Ensures that food preparation is carried out in a hygienic conscious environment and that all work stations are maintained according to our ‘CLEAN AS YOU GO’ Kitchen policy.
Ensures that food preparation and presentation complies with the requisite standards.
Advice management on safety and quality control measure to be taken.
