1. Head, Human Resources Unit

REQUIREMENTS:

First degree in any discipline with not less than a second class honours.

Membership Certification in CIPM/SHRM/CIPD/or a diploma in HR/Masters in HR/A certification in any of the HR Functional areas will be an added advantage.

10 - 12 years post-qualification requisite experience, 1 of which should be in Human Resources Unit of an HMO/Health Ancillary Services/ Company/Consulting firm/Multinational Company.

Experience in the healthcare sector/worksite Clinic will be an advantage.

JOB ROLE:

Serve as a key member advising business leadership team responsible for HR processes for Associates.

Function in an active and influential business advisory role with executives in order to drive business results.

Leverage broader HR team resources to drive change in leadership & organizational development, compensation and staffing.




2. Head, Finance Unit

REQUIREMENTS:

A good university degree

Experience in the insurance and/or healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

Membership Certification in ACA(ICAN), CIMA, ACCA qualifications are required.

Minimum of 10 years working experience in a senior financial management or accounting function.

JOB ROLES:

Has full responsibilities for financial accounting, management information systems (MIS), taxes, regulatory compliance as well as liaison with (internal and external) auditors or associations in conformity with established policies.

To manage the Finance and Accounting functions of the company to ensure the promptness, integrity and reliability of financial information and data.

Provide business support to the Group CFO and Business heads in accounting functions including Treasury, Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting and Analysis.



3. Enterprise Applications and IT Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

§ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science plus a Masters Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or a Membership certification in Oracle/Enterprise Applications.

§ 4+ years of experience in leading software development, implementation and administration teams in all aspects of the SDLC with a strong emphasis on Enterprise Application Architecture, Client Server, Web-based applications and Internet Systems architectures.

§ 4+ years of experience in ERP applications administration - specialist knowledge, expertise and experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise applications (such as Oracle, SAP) and related applications architectures and platforms.

§ 3+ years of experience in database administration - advanced knowledge, expertise and experience in managing relational databases and SQL Programming Language, Oracle RDBMS, DB2, SQL Server), Data Modeling, Data Warehouses, Single-Sign-On.

§ 3+ years of experience in systems administration - advanced knowledge of MS Server, Unix and Linux operating systems.

§ IT Management – must be fully conversant with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles. Evidence of training in one or more modules will be an advantage.

§ Advanced knowledge and understanding of IT general and application access controls, including end-user computing tools in a complex cross-functional organization.


The ideal candidate must have systems implementation project or systems management work experience within the Insurance industry (preferable Health Insurance); combined with some Finance and Accounting expertise.The candidate must possess both project management and business systems analysis skills - the position will require these sets of skills to be successful. The position is a mix of project management (approx. 20% of the role) and business and technical systems analysis (approx. 40% of the role) and operations support and maintenance (approx.40% of the role).

The candidate must be responsible for and drive systems implementation, business process re-engineering, systems integration, support, maintenance,reporting and change management activities within the business.
