Ogene TV, a subsidiary of Tenece professional Services, is amulti-faceted company, with the potential to branch into new venues as thecompany grows.. There are currently three phases to development, beginning with thecollection of a rich and diverse contentbase (homes movies, comedy, Inspirational, documentary, musical etc), anoptimized, easy to use and interactive web portal which provides free premiumquality content to targeted global audience. Company located on Victoria Island.
We areseeking to engage resourceful and highly motivated individuals in the followingpositions stated below;


DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGER.
Full time role | Location : Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manage and develop YouTube channels, including content uploads, audience development, advertising performance, reporting & analytics, annotation and overlays
  • Demonstrable experience in managing data analytics to deliver insights on digital marketing campaigns and online advertising performance
  • Must have good digital audience development experience, experience building audience for online content through social media, digital marketing campaigns, online PR, SEM, publisher syndication
  • Must be active with social media, managing multiple social media networks and video syndication platforms, with an in depth knowledge of how to use social techniques to build audiences and communities around content
  • Must have a demonstrable high level of intelligence and creativity, with an intersect of Popular culture across Celebrity and Music
  • Must have a natural curiosity and interest in digital, technology, and the future of the media industry.
  • Must be a self-starter, capable of leading the video syndication initiative with a commitment to growing video views and creating the ultimate




REQUIREMENTS



  • Prior experience managing video publishing platform and channels
  • Must be a natural leader and expert in offsite video publishing
  • Should be comfortable working across different platforms and supporting multiple properties.





EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

BA/BS required, at least 3 years of work experience is required with at least 2 yearsof negotiation experience. Prior international television, studio ormedia-focused technology experience preferred but not required.

Otherinformations required:

• 25-36years of age
