An top international manufacturing and production company located in Lagos state is looking to recruit a suitably qualified person to fill the position of Training Manager

Responsibilities:
Implementing the induction and orientation programme as well as carry out the ON BOARDING process for new staff.
Review of performance management report on monthly basis. To ensure rewarding system is maintained and non-performance counselled or punished as the case may be (Evaluation is to be based upon HODs feedback).
Liaising with various HODs to analyse the training needs of their staff and gap identified as a result of poor performance improved upon through training, retraining and further poor performance qualified for HR action.
Maintaining training matrix showing holistic training position of each departments, compliance with training calendar and performance report.
To develop new SOPs for Admin/HR department as well as reviewing of expired SOPs.
Amending and revising training programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
Ensuring training cost is minimized by internalizing70% of our training needs, while 30% consider for external training/workshop on statutory requirement.
All safety instructional manuals and SOPs amplified as first hand training prerequisite for all staff/worker.

Qualifications Required:
Minimum of BSC from a recognized institution.
Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
The successful candidate must have worked in similar industry (Manufacturing) for a minimum of 5years and should have understanding of ISO procedures.
