Our client is a financial institution in Nigeria that provides investment management, project development and financial advisory services. In line with its plans to provide leading financial solutions and advisory services to its clients, the bank is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to fill the under listed positions.
Job Title: Group Head, Corporate Affairs
Salary: N15,000,000 / annum
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Work with various stakeholders to set and periodically review an appropriate Reputational risk appetite that is in line with the Bank’s mandate and overall risk appetite.
· Establish a framework for monitoring, controlling and reporting the Bank’s Reputational risk.
· Establish and track a set of forward looking Reputational risk indicators
· Initiate the establishment of a Policy Repository/ Handbook for the Bank that can serve as reference point for both internal and external stakeholders
· Assess and publish regular Reputational risk profiles for the Bank – including specifically focused profiles on mandate-critical external processes.
· Provide assessment / impact analysis of significant external events on the operations of the Bank
· Conduct continuous impact and gap analysis of CBN Policies.
· Establish a clearly defined risk communication and escalation process.
· Provide risk bulletins and other informative material on risk events and risk processes
· Organise general risk awareness week for all staff and conduct periodic risk forums involving various stakeholders.
· Integrate risk management into the strategy formulation and implementation process
· Lead and participate in specific risk- related projects as appropriate
· Co-ordinate and provide risk management support to various Board and Management committees.
Qualification/ Specification
· A good first degree/HND in Economics, Business Administration, Finance , Accounting , Law, banking and any relevant social sciences.
· An advanced degree in Social sciences will be an advantage
Core Skills
· In-depth knowledge of banking operations and financial sector regulation
· In-depth knowledge of risk management and/or internal control techniques
· Ability to lead or contribute to large, complex, multi-jurisdictional working groups
· Strategic Management experience and ability to achieve results through people
· Strong project management and time management skills
