Our Client; a Leading Power Generating Firm is looking to fill the above mentioned role.


Responsibilities:
1. Implement and enforce use of QuickServe Process
2. Ensure that service interventions completed and invoiced within RECT target figure
3. Enforce weekly Work in Progress (WIP) review meetings
5. Ensure that Percentage in Point (PIP) is kept to a minimum, enforce daily invoicing ( both retail & warranty)
6. Provide administration and operational support on ongoing bases to the other service admin for all matters relating to service activity.
7. In conjunction with the Warranty Administrator ensure maximum financial return on all warranty/policy claims closed.
8. Ensure all service department paperwork is correct and submitted
9. Track and prepare and report the monthly KPI as per agreed timeline
10.Ensure that issues identify in the monthly KPI report is addressed with respective service team
11.Assist in conducting QuickServe Process Audit and initiate improvement projects


Qualification: Candidate must have an OND or B.Sc with a minimum of Lower Credit and Second Class Lower and not more than 36 years old.

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract renewable based on Performance
