Job Description
Reporting to the Managing
Director, you will grow the
company both financially and
in terms of consumer
awareness of the products.
You will focus on increasing
brand awareness and
bringing in new customers.
You will be responsible for
the development and
performance of all sales
activities in assigned marked
by directing the sales team
and providing leadership
towards the achievement of
maximum profitability and
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
You will develop a business
plan and sales strategy for
the market that ensures
attainment of company sales
goals and profitability.
You will be responsible for
the performance and
development of the Sales
Representatives.
You will initiate and
coordinate development of
action plans to penetrate
new markets.
You will maintain contact
with all clients in the market
area to ensure high levels of
client satisfaction.
Job Specification:
Consummate and credible
sales professional selling
sophisticated products.
Minimum of 8 years’
experience in business
development management.
Strong wilder spreading of
customer and market
dynamics and requirements.
Proven leadership and ability
to drive sales teams.
Possess drive, motivation and
acute attention to detail in
ensuring all sales
opportunities are captured
and explored.
Confident negotiator and
ability to ‘close the deal.
Strong communication skills
in all forms including written,
oral, email, telephone, and
presentation.
