Job Description:
* Identify new markets and business opportunities.
* Achieve the set revenue, yields and volume targets.
* Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients
* Complete and execute individual account development plans.
* Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
* Make accurate cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations.
* Gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends.
* Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and events
* Availability to take up new and/or interrelated duties as pertains to and benefit the commercial objectives of the company
* Positively project the company in all circumstances, decisions and actions you might engage in
* Remotely manage and supervise the outstations and subsidiary businesses of the company with means to achieving their set targets
* Provide guidance and support to operational challenges as experienced in the administration of business

Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a numerate discipline.
* At least 2 years experience in sales and commercial activities
* Experienced insurance marketers are also encouraged to apply
