    for several years now, recruitment into the intermediate cadre(inspectorate) called ASO had been scrapped. this cadre takes care of the OND/NCE candiddates.for now, even graduates join as NCO,ie junior officers.its very difficult to get the graduate cadre positions.

    the main point is are they taking ond holders cos i wrote there text and was called twice 4 interview in awka even zonal interview,till date no details has been given to us with ond
