Main Duties and Responsibilities of the sales officers are (1) shop-floor engagement with existing and potential customers to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring overall satisfaction (2) Receive and process customer orders (3) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Foster trust and loyalty through regular communication and personalized service. (4) Prepare, maintain and submit detailed records of sales activities, sales reports to management. (5) Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing guidelines, credit policies, and ethical sales practices.Qualifications and Requirements:• Good WASCE/NECO or OND.
