Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officerin a firm in Lagos Full-timeIndustry ConsultingSpecialization Administration & Office Support, Executive / Top Management,Minimum Qualification MBA / MScRequired Experience 7 - 10 yearsSalary Range ₦6,000,000.00 to ₦6,000,000.00 per annumApplication Deadline 2012-07-17Our Client, a dynamic and upward mobile Conglomerate covering finance, oil and gas, real estate, event management, financial education, Publishing, Knowledge Management, business process redesign, gold, marketing, stocks etc. is currently recruiting dynamic industry leaders to fill this positionResponsibilities:Implementing M&E system for all project activities.Identifying and developing data sources as well as developing and maintaining systems for data collection and maintenance/storage.In coordination with the Management team, preparing and updating the performance monitoring plan (PMP), as well as quarterly and annual reports and other project documents.Overseeing the collection, analysis and reporting of ongoing M&E data according to the project M&E plan.Design and ensure the implementation of an internal Data Quality Assessment (DQA) system for the project.Ensuring the timely submission of all M&E reports as specified by the client.Working in close collaboration with Heads of Departments to design and implement rigorous impact evaluations, including the development of instruments and sampling plans.Training and mentoring staff in monitoring and evaluation methods.Overseeing and coordination data collection for impact evaluations.Presenting results of program achievements and outputs in written reports and at conferences and meetings.Qualifications/Experience:Master’s Degree in Statistics, or other relevant field.8 or more years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in monitoring and evaluating Business performance. Experience in conducting randomized impact evaluations is desirable.Excellent writing, computer, management, and organizational skills, experience with stat or spss highly desirable.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, and good judgement.Ability to anticipate and solve problems.Ability to independently plan execute complex tasks while addressing daily management details and remaining organized is an added advantage.Remuneration:Starting N500,000 Per month + Car + comprehensive medical care + comprehensive Insurance + Housing and other fringe benefits.
