A reputable partnership Law Firm located on the Island is looking to recruit for the position of a qualified Secretary. The prospective candidate must have a good command of the English Language.
In addition, he/she must possess good demeanor and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.



Requirements:
• minimum qualification of HND
• The candidate must possess good knowledge in database management and graphics presentation, e.g. Corel Draw, Desktop Publishing, PowerPoint, etc.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in secretariat duties

Responsibilities:
• prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• take type and distribute minutes of meetings
• implement and maintain office systems
• maintain schedules and calendars
• arrange and confirm appointments
• handle incoming mail and other material
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
• communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
• liaison with internal and external contacts
• coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally

Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Must be proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
• confidentiality is essential
• planning and organizing skills
• Good time management

Location: Lagos Island

Salary Range: N70k – N100k.
