Secretary:

Ideal candidate would be responsible for producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.Organizing work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.Maintaining department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.Completing requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries and maintaining customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Location: Victoria Island, Apapa and Ogba

Requirements: Candidate must not be more than 35 years Old.
HND Secretarial Studies or Office Technology Management with a minimum of Lower Credit .
Minimum of 1 year post-graduate experience in Secretarial Administration.
Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
