Masha Music Academy Limited (MMAL) provides individual private lessons in piano, guitar, voice, violin, cello, recorder, flute, clarinet, saxophone trumpet, trombone and drums for all ages taught by experienced, competent teachers. Music theory lessons are also available working towards taking external exams at all levels. All lessons are one–on–one.


Responsibilities:
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail.
Reads and routes incoming mail.
Prepare outgoing mail.
Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
Files correspondence and other records.
Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
Schedules appointments for employer.
Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to employer or appropriate person.
Arrange travel schedule and reservations.
Compile and type statistical reports.
Keep personnel records.
Record minutes of staff meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of OND in secretarial or business administration studies or any related discipline; higher qualifications will be of advantage.
Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience, depending on educational qualifications.
Must be computer literate,with fast and excellent keyboard skills.
Able to handle most modern office equipment.
Excellent office organization skills and experience.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
