Specialist, Supply Chain, HQ

Reports to: Manager, Supply Chain

WORK BASE: Lagos
JOB SUMMARY:Work with team lead to ensure adequate inventory levels and proper
safeguard of inventory items

Roles and Responsibilities:

*Liaise with relevant Procurement personnel for goods receipt,
inventory management, and execution of tasks according to defined work
schedules

*Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability in
assigned sales outlets according to forecast

*Liaise with suppliers to ensure alignment of products and
services with pre-defined service level agreements

*Liaise with transportation providers and coordinate inbound
and outbound distribution activities

*Liaise with relevant unit/team/function in carrying out all
distribution activities

*Attend team meetings as required.

*Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance
reports for the attention of the Manager, Supply Chain.

*Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Supply Chain

Education and Experience:

*First degree or equivalent in relevant discipline

*Postgraduate/ professional qualifications in related field may
be an added advantage

*Minimum of 2 yrs directly relevant work experience

Reports to: Manager, Distribution, South-South

WORK BASE: Uyo, Calabar

JOB SUMMARY:Work with team lead to ensure adequate inventory levels and proper
safeguard of inventory items

Roles and Responsibilities:

*Achieve Gross Connection and Sales Revenue Targets

*Grow subscriber and revenue bases in assigned clusters

*Drive retail activation and channel development in assigned clusters

*Ensure and monitor product availability

*Manage relationships with Distribution Partners

*Supervise and monitor Trade Agents' activities in assigned clusters

*Ensure Trade Compliance

*Conduct regular trade visits to Distribution Partner Outlets

*Monitor Price Compliance

*Prospect For New Distribution Partners

*Handle and Resolve Distribution Partner queries

*Monitor and report competitive intelligence

*Support all regional and national initiatives



Education and Experience:

*First degree, HND or equivalent in relevant discipline

*Postgraduate/ professional qualifications in related field may
be an added advantage

*Between 2 and 5 yrs directly relevant work experience, most
recent 2 preferably in a telco environment
