Responsibilities/Deliverables

To ensure the sales targets and budgets are achieved through positive customer relations and the development of new business
To further develop the commercial opportunities for the business with existing customers
To develop excellent relationships with key and new customers
To develop and support a commercial strategy for growing new business
To ensure the growth of country market share
Ensure best practice processes for managing sales developments
To develop a strategic plan for new business growth
To prepare and review the reporting of monthly sales forecasts
To ensure Company financial sales objectives are fully met
Leverage your 360' marketing experience to build brand love and drive commercially sound growth
Work in a flat structure with internal teams and business partners.

The right candidates will have all or majority of the following skills, attributes and experience:

Experience in successful Sales and Marketing
Customer focussed
Customer Sourcing
Effective Convincing skills
Evidence of developing teams to maximize performance
Team Player, able to lead a team and be part of a team
Excellent communicator and motivator.
Understanding of Kaizen and 5S an advantage
Business Management qualification/experience
Project Management skill an advantage
