The Client
Our client, a professional cleaning service provider, providing domestic, commercial and industrial cleaning services to clients across Nigeria, is interested in developing a formidable sales force, to help the business achieve its growth objectives. The role is based in Lagos, but the business’ market spread is pan-Nigeria.

The People

The People are expected to be self-starters, with a good understanding of the art and science of selling. They must be good communicators, with good people skills. They are expected to be good negotiators and have strong values of goal-orientation. They must have persuasive skills and be able to quickly adopt to change. They must also have good sense of leadership.

Job Description

The role has the following responsibilities;
· Generation and conversion of leads
· Sourcing and development of client referrals
· Development and implementation of sales plan and strategies
· Development of sales timelines and schedules
· Development and maintenance of prospect database
· Execution of direct marketing activities
· Execution of sales calls to prospective and existing clients
· Development of presentations and pitch documents
· Negotiation with current and prospective clients
· Post-sale client management support service
· Plan and execute market research and other customer satisfaction surveys
· Visit industry events like trade shows and exhibitions
· Monitor competitors, and plan and execute strategies to keep the business’ competitive advantage

Role Requirements

· Knowledge of the use of relevant Microsoft Packages like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
· At least 2 years’ experience in sales marketing
· At least a first degree in any discipline.

Salary

Very competitive fixed and variable salary structure.
