Job description
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager in charge of the sales development and operational marketing in the Nigerian market.
He/ she will report directly to the Marketing Director.
The position is based in Lagos.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities.
Organize distribution and sales channel.
Institute plans and strategies to gain new customers while retaining the existing ones.
Provide Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.
Achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company goals.

Qualifications et experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
Degree in Sales or Marketing.
You must have minimum7 years of experience in a similar position especially in a cosmetics industry.
Good Knowledge of Nigeria market especially cosmetics and body products.
Dynamic and ambitious personality.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work in multicultural environment and under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and corporate presentation.
