Job Description
The sales manager position is for those who are interested in building their own business and making unlimited income in e-commerce industry.
The sales manager is responsible for growing market share, creating sales leads and proactively developing new business, selling products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create leads and sell company products through: phone calls, in-person presentations, online marketing techniques and email campaigns.
  • Conduct product marketing activities to help generate leads and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers; work closely with customers to better understand and meet their individual needs and requirements.
  • Works closely with Product Marketing team to understand upcoming services and products in order to up sell and create initial customer interest.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and concerns.
  • Build and develop a sales team with competencies and skills for continued target realization and high-
  • performance.a Provide motivation, support, guidance and leadership and set expectations to the sales team.


Job Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and ambition.
  • Strong selling skill.
  • Ability to create and manage a TEAM
  • Strong online marketing skill is preferred.
