Job Description	Role Statement: In the 6 months of the “Management Talent” programme, you will work on a number of different projects within a few of the operating companies of the Sahara Group. The work is generally highly analytical and dynamic; with many of the projects carried out in teams. Each individual will receive both coaching and supervision along the course of the programme, this way, you get to know not only the Sahara Group and our core fields of activity and people, but also yourself. After the 6 month programme, if you are successful, you will begin your first position, for example, a Business Development Officer, within Product Supply and Distribution or in an analytical position such as within the Corporate Development and Strategy team. The possibilities are limitless!!! A project or position overseas is also a possibility. The goal of this “Management Talent” programme is to train you as a high-value individual in an international Energy environment. A management position is possible in time, depending on the qualities you show. In other words, it’s all in your hands… Throughout this 6 month programme, you will be supervised by a career officer from our Talent Management division. Knowledge/Skills: • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) • Other than English, at least one foreign international language is required (French or Portuguese) • Ability to multi-task with regular interruptions
Additional Information	Minimum Qualification / Experience: • Relevant university degree (B.Sc/B.A) minimum 2nd class lower division • Completed NYSC • 0-2 years post-NYSC Experience • Maximum of 26 years by December 2012 Personality Traits: • Must have charisma, poise & finesse • Must be confident • Must be hardworking and one who thinks “out of the box” • Must be a strong communicator with ability to connect with people at all levels • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial & dynamic environment • Must be reliable, organized and detail-oriented • Must be ambitious with a ‘can-do’ attitude • Self motivated, team player with a proactive approach to work

Register with a new email addy that's what I did and it worked for me. I've not finished my application yet at the last part though(competency questions) taking my time because of work.

Though I can do all that, yes I speak french too but still apply.I didn't see anywhere it was indicated to click French in the online form and I believe people will still be called international language or not.I stand to be corrected though!

@bobby.....yes, in some agency site the refer BSc as BEng too. But i still cant log in or create a new acc. Joor o!

Hei guys, I sympathize with those experiencing technical problems. Wish I could help, but Im afraid Im no computer whizkid, sorry. THOSE WHO HAVE SUCCESSFULLY APPLIED, please was anyone sent a confirmation e-mail? I just did and none was sent to me. atleast I know most online forms have a way letting u know that u got something going.

Don't stress urself tryin 2 click date cos it's nt possible. Ist select "graduate management programme" on d user type on top, den select "graduate management talent programme 2012" & click on find. D category details wil nw appear. Make sure u do d ist cos witout it u won't b able 2 select d GMP category.

Sahara webpage is something else,started my application didn't complete the competency question due to my being busy tried to log back in yesterday to complete it 'for where' I kept getting error message. It won't deter me I'll open a new mail and start from beginning.Shalom

Thanks for all the great work you've been doing.
You will need to do another registration. The application was configured such a way that if you've registered under an experience hire, you can not use the same credentials for the graduate management user role.
Regsiter with another ID and let that be for the Graduate Management User role. I encountered the same issue. I hope this helps.

@Kevoh; Sorry about your trouble. I just tried the site now and it appears there is a major technical fault. I actually just tried registering with a new email but I got an error message (guess its the same error message u got). I suggest u give them a little time and they just might fix it. To answer your question, I applied yesterday.
Have u checked out the accenture link I dropped yesterday? They are recruiting for entry level position.

If you've tried a new email, it means your record is in their database.
Try to log in using the ID and Password. Coz i guess the application will be tellig you User already exist.
Try and Log in with that credentials, it's not a technical issue.... Remember the closing date is near...
