POSITION: BOUTIQUE MANAGER
This positions reports to the National Sales Manager and it has the responsibility of planning and managing the sales team, operational and fiscal activities of the branch to achieve target sales to target clients.

PERSONS SPECIFICATION
·Good First Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences or allied areas.
·Minimum of 7 years managerial experience.
·Preferred age range is between 30 & 40 years.
·The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of general management.
·He/She must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills and be able to interact with individuals at all levels.
·Ability to develop strategic business ideas and corresponding plans to meet set targets.
·Be able to identify potential clients.
·Possession of relevant IT skills.

POSITION: ASSISTANT BOUTIQUE MANAGER
·Good First Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences or allied areas.
·7 years relevant experience
·Preferred age range is between 30 & 40 years
·The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of general management.
·He/She must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills and be able to interact with individuals at all levels.
·Be able to organise/co-ordinate boutique events.
·Be able to identify potential clients.
·Possession of relevant IT skills.

POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE
·Good First Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences or allied areas.
·Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience
·Preferred age range is between 25 & 35 years
·He/She must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills and be able to interact with individuals at all levels.
·Be able to identify potential clients.
·Be target driven
·Possession of a confident, vibrant and amiable personality.
