Prepares and agrees production schedule with the General Manager
Mobilizes resources and co-ordinates production activities to ensure attainment of set goals
Coordinates material requisitions for field activities
Supports the GM in supervising general operations activities in the factory

• The Production Manager receives mandate from the GM to ensure proper and efficient management of the production plant.
