Hey, Please do not throw so much into this job.
I think the job is about marketing a new product, and like marketing, you would be asked to meet a certain target, and that if you meet the target, you would be made a staff. But most likely, you might not be able to meet the target. So if you get the job, and you are to market, please ensure that you would also move with your cv so that you can be submitting in various places as you go marketing.
