If you are having issues accessing the site, then I think you should change your cyber cafe or something. Their internet settings may be preventing you from finishing the application.

mehn dis syt is something else i had to do dis by 12am n still showing me dis error tin n somee pple do theirs in d day time and it goes,wat could d problem be here,cud it be the ISP
