    There are many principles that work together towards building strong relationships and here are the ones that is found to be most important....

    Focus on being interested,not interesting -
    When you show genuine interest in others, they will naturally be interested in you. Spend more time getting to know the person rather than trying to prove to them how smart you are or how interesting you can be.
    In combination with sincerity, this will let the other person know you care about them.

    Responsibilities

    1.Identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them.

    2.Develop and maintain the company’s corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logo and signage.
    3.Manage communication budget.
    4.Draft speeches for company executives, and arrange interviews and other forms of contact for them.
    5.Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relations efforts while assigning and supervising the activities of public relations staff.
    6.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local, state and federal government officials and media representatives.

    o Plenty of initiative
    o Must be a problem solver.
