Project Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
To ensure successful completion of a project, on time and to budget, allocates resources, shapes priorities, coordinates interactions with customers and users, and generally keeps the project team focused on the right goal. Also establishes a set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts.
Education, qualifications & Experiences:
You should ideally have a degree in Civil Engineering with 5 – 7years experiences in handling and managing 3 projects in renovating buildings. A good command of written and spoken English and the ability to find fault and rectify subsystem. A track record of career progress and stability is an essential. A professional Certificate in Project Management is an added advantage.
Knowledge & Competencies:
The Ideal candidate will be able to handle stress and work under pressure and bring along strong administrative skills, an analytical mind and the capability of being able to write concise reports. And possess the suitable characteristics such as the ability to ask penetrating questions, uncover any unstated assumptions, good conflicts resolution and general management skills completing projects successfully.
