PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVES/OFFICER · BSc. accounting, Administration, purchasing & Supplies or any of the social sciences with good procurement experience.
· Master degree and professional membership an added advantage.
· Minimum of 3 years relevant experience. · Good business relationship management.
  • In depth knowledge in Procurement. Purchasing, record keeping and inventory
· A good, knowledge of the real estate industry.
· Good numerical and budgeting skills.
· Excellent planning and organisational skills,
· Very good, negotiation and communication skills.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process all procurement documentation within reasonable time frame.
2. Proper, transparent and accurate record keeping of all procurement transactions.
3. Accurate compilation of request from site.
4. Monitor prompt delivery of commissioned goods.
5. Procuring quality supplies and services in the most cost effective and efficient way.
