DESCRIPTION: The cleaning company is looking for
an experienced, hardworking and reliable person to
be the Business Administrator in our cleaning
company


RESPONSIBILITY:
§ Recruit and Train new workers
§ Supervises and coordinates activities of workers
on the field
§ Fill out job sheets, Assign work load and
Supervise the cleaners
§ Inspect cleaner for quality assurance
§ Maintain quality customer service by enforcing
high standards of quality control
§ Accomplish and maintain staff results through
proper planning and communication of job
expectations



REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2years experience in supervising and
managing others

Must be reliable, energetic with enthusiasm and a
positive attitude
Good communication skills in English

Must be able to train others
Available to work varied hours, weekends and
holidays inclusive

Must be able to stay late in case of irregular
operations.

Must have a minimum qualification - OND
Must reside in Akure
Must have customer service knowledge
