    Its based on commission and a monthly stipend. Insurance marketing is one of the worst marketing jobs one can engage in. U go 'waka' tire.Look elsewhere for a good job.

    The pay is actually on commission,u will be paid transport fare of about 5k for about 3-6months after which you are entirely on your own.If u have good contacts that can go with you you may ''manage'' the job
