Phonersis Consulting Limited is currently recruiting an Accountant for one of her Client in Lagos.

Job objectives :
To keep the company?s record up to date and ready to be presented at all times. To periodically audit the company?s account and recommend ways of reducing cost and expenditures. Prepare the company?s invoices and escalate for follow up with the contract employers to ensure that they pay as and when due and also double as Head of Admin.

Specific roles and responsibilities:
1. Keep the company records/books up to date.
2. To ensure that the company and employee?s tax are paid regularly and record kept.
3. Ensure that the company bills are paid as and when due.
4. Prepare company?s invoices and escalate for follow up when there is a delay.
5. Develop ideas and create ways to reduce cost and expenditures.
6. Develop ways of investing company?s excess or idle funds.
7. Generate financial reports.
8. Prepare employee?s payment/salary schedule and ensure payment.
9. Liaising with company?s bankers and ensuring a cordial relationship.
10. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years working experience in accounts and finance management.
ICAN would be an added advantage.
