A reputable Senior Advocate Law firm located in Victoria Island Lagos is looking to recruited suitably qualified Personal Assistant (PA).
The ideal candidate must have relevant experience.

Responsibilities
• dealing with reading and responding to email
• screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Maintaining and organizing diaries and planning and scheduling proper appointments and meetings.
• preparing correspondence on the principal's behalf,
• typing documents,
• planning, organizing and managing meetings
• dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking minutes of meetings
• making travel arrangements
• organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
• organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

Skills
• Good command of the English language
• Proficient in typewriting
• Must be tactful
• Efficient in the use of office suit
• Ability to multitask

Educational Qualifications
• Relevant first degree
• Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant industry as a PA

Salary Range is between N40,000 and N60,000 monthly
