An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our client, a financial advisory and consulting company based in Lagos

Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant job will include:
* To provide high quality and comprehensive secretarial and administrative services to CEOs
* Administration coordination and support
* Meeting and diary management (where agreed)
* Other ad-hoc administration for the Team
* Set up project forums, schedule meetings, calls etc
* Stakeholder coordination and liaison
* Meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up of actions

The ideal Personal Assistant will possess the following attributes/skills:
* Experienced in delivering effective solutions to changing business needs.
* Strict adherence to the requirements of confidentiality.
* Calm under pressure.
* Ability to re-prioritise in very short timescales.
* Strong interpersonal skills, confident, and ability to work at all levels.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and team player.
* Professional, polished, ability to deal assertively but sensitively with internal and external customers.
* IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
