The role requires a proactive, highly organized, and trustworthy individual who demonstrates initiative, discretion, and the ability to multitask efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold Coordination & ManagementOversee daily household activities to ensure order, cleanliness, and efficiency.Supervise and coordinate domestic staff (cleaners, drivers, nannies, cooks, gardeners, etc.).Manage household inventory and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service providers, ensuring timely and quality delivery.Maintain a welcoming, well-kept home environment.Personal Assistance & ErrandsManage the Principal’s personal and family calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.Run errands including shopping, pickups, deliveries, and children-related activities.Organize and support travel logistics—flights, accommodation, packing, and itineraries.Maintain confidentiality and handle all personal and family matters with discretion.Children’s CoordinationKeep track of children’s school schedules, extracurricular activities, and special events.Ensure necessary school items, uniforms, and materials are well prepared and organized.Liaise with schools, teachers, tutors, and caregivers as needed.Administration & PlanningManage petty cash and household expenses; keep accurate records and provide periodic reports.Prepare and update household task schedules, duty rosters, and checklists.Track renewals of household bills, staff documentation, and property maintenance obligations.Assist with planning and coordinating family events, small gatherings, or celebrations.Communication & LiaisonAct as the main point of contact between the Principal and domestic staff, vendors, and service providers.Communicate instructions clearly and ensure timely follow-up and execution.Provide regular updates and feedback to the Principal on household activities.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree.Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital tools (emails, calendars, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional maturity.Ability to drive (an added advantage).Personal AttributesFemale, smart, and well-presented.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Calm, patient, and solutions-oriented.Loyal, dependable, and trustworthy.Flexible and able to adapt to varying demands or schedules.Work ConditionsLive-in or live-out (as agreed).May require occasional weekend or extended hours during family events or travel periods.Interested and qualified candidates should kindly send their CVs to [email protected] using the job title as the subject of the email before or by COB on Friday, 17th October, 2025.
