    @Blis!
    I very much understand your position.
    I advice you keep your current job irrespective of the attitude of your Operations Manager. When the time is right, you'll get another job. Issues/things usually have a way of sorting themselves out!
    You could also try to get a Laptop with internet connectivity (If you don't already have). One that you could use at home after work and during weekends; so you could check for job openings online as well as apply for jobs since most recruitment are done online these days.
    Goodluck.

    BLIS, HONESTLY GETING A JOB IS NOT EASY. BUT SOME TIME IN LIFE U JUST HAVE TO NO TO SOME GOOD IN ORDER TO YES FOR THE BETTER. I LEFT MY JOB, COS OF SIMILAR STUFF, BUT AM APY NOW.
