    Do you love providing superior Client service, possess outstanding administrative and computer skills and have a niche for marketing...if so, our local financial planning firm in Ikeja, Lagos, would love to meet you. The right Candidate for this position will be confident that their expertise will assist in coordinating and efficiently running the day to day operations of a fast-paced office. This firm is looking for an Office Administrator & Marketing Assistant that is well organized, detail-orientated, and has a creative side.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Recent college/university graduates with no more than a year working experience /or with national service discharge.(NCE,OND,HND,BSC).
    • Great computer skills
    • The ability to multi-task and learn quickly
    • Administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
    • General marketing experience
    • Experience in the financial industry preferred
    • Ability to motivate prospects to make appointments

    This position requires that you possess the following skills:
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Savvy customer service to include excellent communication both verbal and written
    • Strong follow-through
    • Self-directed Initiative
    • Advanced skills with MS Office Suite

    Responsibilities:

    Office Administration and Client Service:

    Assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include:

    • Answer phones & greet clients in a friendly, positive and warm manner
    • Order supplies and maintain general office area
    • Take detailed and accurate client messages
    • Database management
    • Set appointments & assist Advisor with calendar including travel arrangements
    • Sort & distribute all mail, emails and faxes
    • Maintain office filing system
    • Build strong relationships with clients
    • Process new business applications


    Marketing Assistance:
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
    • Update and maintain website
    • Manage referral programs
    • Create & manage monthly newsletter
    • Assist in planning & coordinating client appreciation events
    • Assist with compliance of marketing materials
    • Coordinate and attend seminars/workshops
    • Manage all advertising
