Job Functions
• Modelling and Financial analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Preparing presentations for clients, investors and internal committees
• Conducting comprehensive market research and business due diligence
• Drafting transaction memos and offering documents
• Communicating regularly with clients, attorneys and all other parties involved in a transaction

Qualifications
• Must have been posted to Lagos State for NYSC
• Minimum Second Class Upper or HND Upper Credit
• Degree should be in:
o Finance/Accounting
o Mathematics/Statistics
o Engineering /Physics or
o Economics/Business Administration
• Prior investment banking related work/extracurricular experience will be looked upon favourably

Job Functions

• Gathering economic, financial markets and company’s financial data
• Modelling company’s financial statements
• Valuing stocks of both quoted and un-quoted companies
• Writing economic research reports and stock research reports on quoted companies
• Monitoring clients’ portfolios and advising them about investments

Qualifications
• Must have been posted to Lagos State for NYSC
• Minimum Second Class Upper or HND Upper Credit
• CIS or CFA qualified or part-qualified
• Degree should be in:
o Economics/Business Administration
o Finance/Accounting
o Engineering /Physics or
o Mathematics/Statistics
• Prior knowledge about equities market (stock market) would be an advantage
