Moscow road, town phc. Behind Port Harcourt City council secretariat, opp Land and Housing office. Submit hand written application CV and credentials.

I submitted mine today at lagos office.
Just find ur way to surulere,ask for babs animashaun street,then ask for NYSC SECRETARIAT.it is the same complex but different block.
Go with ur application letter,cv and credentials.
