@ gbenga....ur browser needs 2 be javascript enabled...i was usin internet explorer dt was enabled and had d same problem so i swiitched 2 google chrome and it was displayed as soon as i put in my state....hope dis helps.

How do I register when it is not displaying a blank drop down list in the list of local government and you are not allowed to type in your local government. Please advise.

first type in Ur state of origin the the drop down will be displayed automatically

i mistakenly seelect first class instead of 2nd class upper.
since it can't be edited, i hope it won't affect me

hapiboy,ur username is ur email adres u used wen u were registering.i tink dat is wot every1 used n ur password is d password u input wen registering also.dont wait 4 any confirmation mail,just go ahead n use ur username n password to apply.
u ve 2 apply on time,dont say we still ve up to dec 31st.who knows,their server may nt b able 2 in any application.
