I observed a lot of person are so excited about the invitation and equally very anxious that there are so many threads about this NB test. My advice is this, (especially to first timers):1. be informed that thousands of persons are invited for this test and NB will not take up to 100 persons. 2.workforce apt test is not that difficult, if you don't pass, it doesnt mean you are not intelligent. It means that some other persons scored better than you and it can be implied that they were smarter and probably had access to the right study materials. so, you have to do your research very well and study hard. Above all ask God for guidance. there are threads here on NHJ dat can be of help. I wish you all best of luck.

@chrome hw can one study for dis workforce/NB test?

@chrome1. Nice analysis especially for those excited about the test. I think there are some people who are writing aptitude tests for the first time. These manufacturing companies employ only a few people out of thousands, unlike banks. I am going to write the test just to have a feel of workforce test format. I applied for stanbic bank graduate trainee and they use workforce to conduct their tests. If dragnet was the one conducting the test, I would not write it because I have written dragnet test four times.

Differences in views. I hv written tests with Dragnet n Workforce twice each, and IMO Dragnet is way more organized than workforce. The worst test ever that easily comes to mind is dat of Workforce/First Bank, wrote d test afta dey had frustrated us for 2days, evrybody just dey smell for exam hall. I just pray dis one wont turn out dat way.
