Well, Most Insurance Company in Nigeria only and always recruiting for marketers.
Reason is, there must have been those who already have worked for these insurance companies as marketers at their entry level.
Over time, These pple are promoted to management positions. So that is why u rarely come across management positions been advertised.
Its always marketing. And when they get the marketers,They treated them anyhow and they are not encourage to work for long b4 leaving. And so, they will always recruit for marketers.
As stupid as Aiico is, I applied once in 2010, since then...I havnt applied, buh they keep calling me.
Its stupid.... So if u know Niger Insurance is offering u marketing and u can do it... Then go ahead. Or if ur residence is close enough to d Niger Insurance, There won't be harm goin . U never can tell what may be in the offer. Cheers.
