REGULATORYAFFAIRS MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensures the company's compliance of legislations in the food & beverages
sector and that the manufacturing, distribution, marketing and sales of our
products are made in accordance with the relevant existing regulatory
framework.
· Co-ordinates the processes involved in regulatory approval for all relevant
products
· Develops/maintains documentation to substantiate decisions in labeling
and advertising.
· Participates actively in the elaboration and revision of local regulations,
either through trade associations or directly on behalf of the local Market.
· Maintain strong network of regulatory stakeholders.
PROFILE
· BSc degree or HND in any of these disciplines (Minimum of Second Class
lower or Lower Credit Grade) - Food Science &Technology, Chemistry,
Microbiology, Biochemistry.
· At least 7 years relevant experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent Regulatory & Scientific knowledge.
· Excellent Project Management & Negotiation skills
· Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal/external
stakeholders.

DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Draw up a robust & reliable demand & material forecast for medium & long
term.
· Ensuring supply for production through proper planning using SAP tools.
· Vendor Management (Registration & Communication).
. Interface with the Sales, production & procurement.
· Annual, monthly, weekly & daily production scheduling & control.
. Tracking of Vendors performance & reporting.
· Timely payment of Vendors bills and account reconciliation.
· Benchmark and sourcing of efficient & effective supply sources.
PROFILE
. BSc degree or HND in any discipline( Minimum of Second Class lower or
Lower Credit Grade)
· At least 2 years relevant experience in Demand and Supply planning.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
· Good knowledge of Warehousing/inventory control.
· Excellent Computer skills- Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point
MEDICAL DELEGATES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Promote the Nestle Infant Nutrition range of products in assigned territory
with the aim of obtaining prescriptions
· Develop relationships / partnerships with medical/ paramedical contacts /
institutions through effective communication and / or sponsorship of activities
in line with WHO Code, local Code or Nestle Instructions.
· Conduct periodic trade checks to ensure product availability, market hygiene,
completeness of product range and report competitive activities, stock level
and prices.
PROFILE
· BSc degree or HND in any of these disciplines (Minimum of Second Class
lower or Lower Credit Grade)- Food Science & Technology, Chemistry,
Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, Human Nutrition, Pharmacy, Nursing.
· At least 2 years Ethical & Field Sales experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent Knowledge of Food & Nutrition with emphasis on Infant Nutrition.
· Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal and external
stakeholders.
. Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills
· Possession of a Valid Drivers License and ability to drive long distances
(Interstate) .
. Excellent Computer skills- Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point
. Good Planning and Organization Skills.
. Excellent ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision.
. Strong Drive and Passion for business results.
GRADUA TE TRAINEES
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Provides professional support to immediate supervisor as per designated
role.
. Undergoes on -the- job training before assuming a functional role il1the
relevant department.
